Driver wasn’t on time for the initially booked time but I received a text with an apology that the driver would be late due to heavy traffic and an ETA for 25 min after I had initially booked. Driver was perfectly on time for the new ETA. Driver also had no trouble navigating to destination around several road closures due to the marathon and was very helpful loading and unloading.
